Activate body and mind, improve your movement – and enhance your technique with precision:
We are pleased to offer our guests personal coaching sessions with certified coach Philipp Zimmermann, directly at the Hotel Kaiser in Tirol.

Swim Technique Training (90 minutes | €129 per person)

Personal training incl. video analysis (above and under water)
Technique training for crawl, breaststroke, and backstroke
Improve body position, stroke, breathing, and leg movement
Individual review and exercises to support your development
For beginners, experienced swimmers, and competitive athletes

Run Technique Training (70 minutes | €80 per person)

Individual coaching focused on technique, posture, and efficiency
Running drills, form correction, uphill/downhill training
Video analysis for a more economical running style
Shoe recommendations and race-day tips

Sessions are available on request and can be flexibly scheduled.
