Booking Information Hotel Kaiser
What cancellation conditions apply in the Hotel Kaiser at the moment? Can I take my dog with me on holiday? And what if I want to check out later? We have compiled all you need to know about your stay in the Hotel Kaiser below.
Deposit
Following your reservation, a deposit amounting to 30% of the total cost is kindly requested within 7 days of confirmation to ensure your booking is secured. We are delighted to provide the convenience of charging this fee directly to your credit card. Should you prefer, a bank transfer option is also available. We invite you to inform us of your preferred payment method, allowing us to make all necessary arrangements on your behalf.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, allowing you ample time to settle into your temporary home and unwind. On the day of your departure, we kindly request that you check out by 10:30 AM. This allows us to prepare everything perfectly for our subsequent guests.
Cancellation conditions
Summer 2024
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. For the period from December 25, 2023, to January 6, 2024, a cancellation period of 30 days before the start of the trip applies.
Winter 2024/2025
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, except for Christmas, New Year's Eve, and Carnival. Here, the cancellation period is 30 days before arrival.
Group Bookings
For group and conference bookings, there is the possibility of free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival. For group reservations of 50 rooms or more, the cancellation period is 90 days.
After the expiry of the free period, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the arrangement price. Additionally, we would like to point out that in case of non-arrival on the day of arrival or early departure, the remaining days will be charged at 100%. Our goal is to spare you financial inconveniences and disagreements. For this reason, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Please note that the right of withdrawal according to § 18 (1) Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, and the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry 2006 apply.
*Exception Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival - here there is a deadline of 30 days before arrival.
Upon expiry of the free cancellation period, we charge 80% of the package rate. We would also like to point out that upon early departure, the amount for the remaining days is to be paid in full. We want to spare you any such financial penalties and those associated annoyance! We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance .
Convenient payment
We offer guests the opportunity to pay via credit card (VISA, Mastercard), debit card or by fee-free bank transfer to our account at Raiffeisenbank Scheffau or to pay in cash. Before you arrive you can of course transfer the total amount for your all inclusive holiday on the Wilder Kaiser to the above-mentioned account.
Arrival & Departure
On the day you are due to arrive, your room is available from 4 pm. If you will be arriving after 20.00 please let us know. Check-out on the day you are due to depart is available up until 10.30 am. A luggage storage area with shower is available before you check-in and after you check-out.
Dogs
We are welcome dogs. Please note however that your four-legged friend is not permitted in the dining hall, in the buffet area, Kids.Club, in the Spa and fitness area, or in the garden and lake areas. Out of respect for our guests who have allergies please do not let your dogs lie on chairs, garden loungers or couches.
Fee for dogs: 35 Euro/day excl. feed and any cleaning costs that are incurred.
Internet
Free W-Lan is available throughout the hotel.
Underground garage
During their stay our guests get a free car parking space in the hotel’s own underground garage (as per availability), where there are also a few E-top up points for electric cars. More car parking spaces are available outside the hotel.

- 08.00 to 10.30 Mountaineers buffet where you pack up your own hiking snack
- 11.00 to 17.00 Day buffet with morning treats and afternoon snack
- 18.00 to 20.00 gourmet buffet which changes every day
- 10.00 to 22.00 Kaiser.Beer, Kaiser wine, various non-alcoholic drinks, sparkling and still Kaiser water
Winter: All-inclusive PLUS in the Hotel Kaiser
- 07.30 to 10.00 Extensive buffet breakfast with fresh produce
- 15.00 to 17.00 Skier snack PLUS with drinks (Kaiser.Beer and wine, various non-alcoholic drinks) and an extended buffet area with delicious treats
- 18.00 to 20.30 gourmet buffetwhich changes daily
- With your evening meal, Kaiser.Beer and table wine, various non-alcoholic drinks, sparkling and still Kaiser water
Year-round
Kaiser.Spa:
- Indoor pool 07.00 to 21.00
- Fitness room 07.00 to 21.00
- Sauna 16.00 to 18.00 (on request we are happy to turn this on earlier)
