Letting go and blossoming—I do this best in my own personal place of well-being: at home. My little paradise on earth? The mountains! Every free minute I spend in nature gives me new energy and recharges my batteries. Yoga helps me listen to my inner voice and strengthen my connection to my own intuition.
Setting and achieving goals – that requires discipline, perseverance, commitment, and a good dose of willpower. It's important not to lose focus. My goal is to help people feel good in their bodies. Because when we do good things for our bodies, our souls feel at home too.
