Rules of the game

To ensure that your child feels comfortable with us, there are a few rules that everyone must follow at the Kids.Club. Please read and discuss these with your child in advance. The rules can be found on this page or at the Kids.Club entrance. We cannot accept liability for accidents or injuries.

The rules in the Kids.Club

Working together instead of against each other

We treat each other kindly, help each other, and respect all children and caregivers.
Toys belong to everyone: we share, swap, and make sure nothing gets broken.

Only healthy children can have fun

Unfortunately, children who are ill (e.g., fever, cough, diarrhea) are not allowed to come to the Kids.Club. This is how we protect all the other children.
If there are any signs of contagious diseases, we also ask that you postpone your visit until later.

Please provide important information in advance

Allergies, intolerances, special needs, or restrictions must be disclosed in advance when registering.
Information about routines, e.g., toilet breaks or emotional needs, is also very helpful.

We care with heart

Our team consists of loving, experienced caregivers—however, they are not trained educators or medical professionals.
For this reason, no medication may be administered, including homeopathic remedies.
We ask for your understanding that we are not specifically trained to meet special needs and therefore cannot guarantee care in individual cases.

Arrive, pick up, feel good

Please adhere to the childcare hours so that the daily routine works well for everyone.
Please register and pick up your children in person. This ensures safety and trust.

Movies & media

The cinema also shows age-rated films. Please decide together with your child which films are suitable based on the program.
Cell phones may be used to ensure availability. We ask children to put them aside when playing together.
